This track was originally intended to be super gothic. It was written in 2012 and is influenced by Joy Division. With this recording, the song seems to have developed beyond goth into more of a sunny, hook laden romp.
lyrics
we were slowly // fading away // to another day // left behind // i can't tell // are we still here? // i can't say // it's not so clear // anymore
// slowly fading
// you know // we won't thank you for passing by // i can't tell // we live this lie // by ourselves // we won't make it back alive // we won't make it back alive. // slowly fading
